Dog Boarding FAQ
What vaccinations does my dog need to stay overnight?
To maintain a safe and thriving environment for all pets, we require our canine guests have proof of vaccination for rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella.
When can I drop off and pick up my pet?
Please feel free to drop off your pet any time during our normal business hours. We’re open Monday through Friday from 7am-7pm and Saturday and Sundays from 9am to 4pm.
Can my dogs stay in the same room?
Yes! Any of our rooms and suites are spacious enough to accommodate two doggie siblings, depending on their size.
Can I tour the pet resort?
We’d be honored to show you our facility. Please contact us to schedule a time.
Are reservations required?
To ensure the utmost safety, we rely on appropriate staffing levels dependent on the expected number of dogs in our care every day.
Can I bring my pet’s own food?
We encourage pet parents to bring their pet’s own food, packed and labeled per serving. This helps keep them on the diet they’re accustomed to. We do offer high quality dog food for no charge, if preferred or needed.
My pet isn’t spayed/neutered. Can they still come play?
Yes, absolutely. Unaltered dogs are welcome to play and stay with us.
Can I bring my pet’s toys or bedding?
We have plenty of safe, fun toys for your pets to enjoy, and every accommodation comes with a comfy raised bed. We ask you please keep personal belongings to a minimum, but you’re welcome to bring one toy and one blanket from home.
My pet takes medication. Can you administer medication to pets?
Yes, we can give most oral and topical medications for a fee. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clearly written instructions. We also offer a special TLC Package designed specifically for older or special needs dogs which includes unlimited administration of medication.
Can I add grooming/bathing to my pet’s overnight stay?
Absolutely! Our professional, full-service grooming salon is equipped with everything needed to pamper and beautify your pet. We’d love to send them home looking and feeling incredible.
