  • How big are the kennels?

    Our dog boarding kennels come in three sizes: 4x4, perfect for small breed dogs; 4x6; and 6x6, which can comfortably accommodate two dogs.

  • Can my dogs stay in the same kennel?

    Yes, they can board together in the same room. Our boarding kennels allow a maximum of two dogs per room, depending on their size.

  • What do I need to bring?

    We kindly ask that you keep your belongings to a minimum, as the dog trainer rooms are equipped with a bed. You may bring a blanket and one toy.

  • Can I bring my own food?

    Yes, but we do recommend putting the food in a sealed container. A dog trainer can also feed your dog Victor Brand Dog Food at no extra cost.

  • Do you only allow certain breeds?

    According to Dogester, there are more than 83 million dogs in the United States. Our dog boarding program welcomes every dog and breed.

  • How many dogs are allowed to play at one time?

    Boarding only allows no more than four to six dogs at a time, and only if they all get along.

  • How long will my dog be out of its kennel?

    A dog trainer will ensure that all dogs receive playtime, engage in a daily activity, and are rotated regularly throughout the day.

  • How far does your Pet Taxi go?

    Our dog boarding Pet Taxi will go as far as needed. The cost is $1.50/mile if under 100 miles round trip, and if over 100 miles, the cost is $1.05/mile round trip.

  • What kind of activities do you offer?

    Our dog boarding program includes playtime, nature walks, k9 massages, doggy puzzles, ATV rides, agility, TV time, and swimming.

  • What vaccines are required?

    Dog boarding requires Bordetella, Rabies, Canine distemper, and Parvo vaccines within the last 12 months.

  • Can you administer medications?

    Yes, we can give any pet medication at no extra charge.

  • In case of an emergency, what vet do you use?

    We work with Morton's Small Animal Clinic, which is about 20 minutes away.

  • My dog is not friendly with other dogs. Is that okay?

    Yes, your pet will not get to interact with others.

  • Do you require dogs to be spayed or neutered?

    No, this is not required of your pet.

  • What if my dog will not use the bathroom in the kennel?

    We will put them on a potty walk list and walk them several times a day.

  • What if my dog has allergies to certain things?

    Please let us know at check-in and we will put an allergy alert on their kennel.

  • Is there downtime for my dog during daycare?

    Yes, we always have downtime for your pet to rest.

  • Can I come and visit my dog during the 30-day board and train?

    Yes, you are welcome to visit your pet anytime during business hours. If you would like to meet with the trainer as well, please schedule an appointment.

  • Do you charge a late check-out fee?

    No, as long as you pick up your pet within business hours that day.

  • Can you administer vaccines at your facility?

    No, unfortunately we do not have a vet on-site for vaccinations. Please see your own vet for vaccinations.

  • Do you allow tours of your facility?

    Yes, you may stop by anytime between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm, seven days a week. We ask that you do not bring your pet with you on your visit.
